Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ark999 platform — including the website at ark999.net, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, casino games, sportsbook products, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ark999 platform and close your account. Continued use of the ark999 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the ark999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an ark999 employee or contractor.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law at the time of play.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended ark999 account. Only one account per person is permitted.

Account Registration and Security

To access ark999's gaming products, you must register a single account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ark999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

• Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension without notice.
• You must notify ark999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• ark999 reserves the right to suspend an account pending identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any other person.

ark999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method — at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

ark999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All financial transactions on the ark999 platform are processed in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your ark999 account balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect depending on the originating institution.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are processed within thirty (30) minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one (1) business day.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the ark999 cashier at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• ark999 does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside ark999's control.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified ark999 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ark999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity, source-of-funds, or anti-money-laundering verification checks.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ark999 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the following general bonus conditions which apply across all ark999 promotional activity:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Age verification must be completed before any bonus funds are released for withdrawal.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements — expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount — must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated on the promotion page.
• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per offer.
• ark999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or exploitation of system errors.
• Bonuses that have not been used or wagered within the time period stated in the offer terms will expire automatically.
• ark999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ark999 platform — including casino slots, live dealer games, blackjack, table games, and the cricket and sports sportsbook — are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

ark999 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective game providers.

• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ark999's game server logs constitute the definitive record of the outcome. ark999 is not liable for losses arising from connection issues on the player's end.
• Bets placed after the stated closure of a betting market — whether for a sports event or a live casino round — will be void and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.
• ark999 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that resulted from a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game configuration, including software malfunctions that produce erroneous results.
• Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with ark999's gaming platform. Use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

ark999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from any registered account dashboard without the need to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ark999 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Enable regular on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ark999 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions that may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime, including deposits made from proceeds of illegal activity.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, artificial intelligence agent, or third-party software to interact with games or the sportsbook.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any betting pattern designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using bonus funds.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ark999 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players.

Account Suspension and Termination

ark999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Detection of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.

Upon permanent account closure for cause, ark999 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no misconduct is found following investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closures will be processed within five (5) business days, with any verified real-money balance returned to the player's registered payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ark999, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside ark999's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment network failures, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional content.

ark999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The ark999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ark999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses incurred during any period of downtime.

Privacy and Data Protection

ark999's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the ark999 Privacy Policy.

In summary, ark999 collects personal data — including your name, CNIC number, contact details, and transaction history — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of platform services. ark999 does not sell personal data to third parties and will only share your information with third parties where required by law or necessary for the operation of licensed payment processing.

Amendments to These Terms

ark999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal processing times, or eligibility rules — ark999 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via the registered email address on your account or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, may take effect immediately without prior notice. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the ark999 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the terms of ark999's international gaming licence and the laws applicable to that licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through ark999's internal complaints procedure will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the applicable licensing authority.
